Delivery Cancellation Policy
As a driver for DeliverThat, it is important that communication plays a vital role in your daily interactions with our staff. We cannot communicate with each other enough and our internal staff works closely together to ensure all of our deliveries are covered. Cancelling a delivery is acceptable, as long as the policy is followed. Our cancellation policy states to call the hotline number (833-781-7888), 3-hours prior to the delivery.
