Delivery Cancellation Policy

As a driver for DeliverThat, it is important that communication plays a vital role in your daily interactions with our staff. We cannot communicate with each other enough and our internal staff works closely together to ensure all of our deliveries are covered.

Cancelling a delivery is acceptable, as long as the policy is followed. Our cancellation policy states to call the hotline number (833-781-7888), 3-hours prior to the delivery. Failing to do so will result in a 10% fine of the delivery cost plus a $35.00 deduction.

If there is BREAKFAST Delivery for the next morning, all drivers MUST provide a cancellation to the Hotline by 8:00 P.M. (YOUR TIME) the night before. Failing to do so will result in a 10% fine of the delivery cost plus a $35.00 deduction.

If a driver is a no-show on a delivery, they will be charged a $100.00 fine and could be removed from the DevlierThat platform. While we understand emergencies happen, communication is a pathway to success and serves multiple purposes:

1. Cancelling (dropping) a delivery order is vital information for our Dispatch Team, who can assist other delivery drivers who may be able to accept the delivery someone else has to drop. This is the safest way to ensure a cancellation fine does not apply. 2. It is helpful for the Driver Relations Team to know in the event there is a Ride Along on the delivery. The same goes for our Recruiting Department, if we need to reschedule a Ride Along.

We cannot communicate with each other enough and by following the proper procedures, we can ensure that our deliveries are taken care of each and every time.
