Meet Gia, one of our stellar team members who has been making waves at DeliverThat for over a year now. Joining us initially to assist on the Customer Service front, Gia quickly found her niche in handling text messages, ensuring she could provide thorough and confident support to our drivers while honing her skills.
Hailing from Belize, Gia's journey to DeliverThat started after she moved to the United States and sought a temporary job while pursuing her passion in marketing, her field of study. Despite starting part-time, Gia's dedication and enthusiasm propelled her to a full-time role, where she continues to excel.
While she still harbors hopes of transitioning to the marketing team one day, she has embraced her current role in Operations with enthusiasm. With her positive attitude and eagerness to learn, Gia has already ventured into the challenging world of Routing, where we have no doubt she'll thrive in no time.
