Meet the Team: Brian (Operations Supervisor)

In the fast-paced world of delivery operations, every day brings its own mix of challenges, surprises, and chances to shine. We recently had the pleasure of chatting with Brian, one of the standout members of our delivery ops team, to get the lowdown on his experiences and what makes his role tick.

Brian's journey into the delivery scene kicked off right here in his hometown of Canton, Ohio. Growing up in the area and graduating from Glenoak High School, he's got Canton running through his veins. With a strong work ethic and a determination to find his groove, Brian tried his hand at a bunch of gigs before landing with us.

His story's a real rollercoaster ride, with twists and turns through firefighting, home renovations, and even a stint in sales. But it was his buddy Kody, a pal of over 20 years, who pointed him toward DeliverThat. Initially eyeing up a driver gig, Brian soon found himself knee-deep in dispatching and logistics.

Sure, there were some bumps in the road at first - getting to know the drivers, mastering the ins and outs of the job - but Brian took it all in stride. Now, as a Dispatch Supervisor, he's the go-to guy for coordinating deliveries and keeping everything ticking like clockwork.

Brian's secret sauce? Communication, hands down. Whether it's smoothing out hiccups on the road or building bridges with our restaurant partners, he knows that keeping those lines open is the key to success.

As the catering delivery game keeps on evolving, Brian's right there in the thick of it, always ready to roll with the punches and deliver top-notch service. His passion for what he does and his commitment to making customers happy are what keep DeliverThat moving full steam ahead.

In a nutshell, Brian's journey to DeliverThat is a testament to grit, flexibility, and the power of connection in the catering delivery world. With folks like Brian leading the charge, DeliverThat's future looks brighter than ever.
