"I put myself in their shoes," Larry explained. "So how would they feel if this happened or that happened? Or they may be having a bad day... So I don't wanna start the call aggressively. I wanna listen first, see what's going on and see how I can help."

Everybody's friendly to everybody, everybody speaks to everybody... I definitely enjoy that as well," Larry shared.
