Meet Matt, the powerhouse behind our driver support team at DeliverThat! Joining us just a year ago, Matt has seamlessly integrated into our office culture, becoming a driving force in assisting both drivers and restaurants in need. Consistently leading our team in weekly phone calls, he's the go-to guy when it comes to tackling any challenges that come our way. Having a problem? He’s seen it and knows how to handle it!
But Matt isn't just about work – he knows how to balance it all. Come summertime, you can catch him hitting the golf course with fellow colleagues during weekday evenings. (Let’s just add that those matches aren’t always about the score on the card, but the times we share in the sun.) A married father of 3 kids, his life away from the course and office is nothing short of eventful. The constant shuttling of three boys to and from their sports and other commitments is a job all by itself.
By now, you must be wondering “Wow, that must be one tired guy, he has to have a sleeping hack to stay well rested!”. You would be correct. Matt’s morning routine is a unique one. It starts the night prior by laying out his clothes for the morning. When the alarm goes off at 5:55 AM, Matt springs out of bed to put on clothes, freshen up, and brush his teeth. After waking up his kids to get them off to school, Matt takes advantage of every minute he has by going back to sleep on the couch until it is time to start his short commute to the office. As rested as he can be, Matt can always be seen walking in with a smile bright and early at 7:00 AM ready to assist as needed.
But what really sets DeliverThat apart, for Matt, is the incredible culture and the genuine care for its employees. He cherishes the quarterly team bonding activities that bring everyone together, from attending games to enjoying barbecue cookouts by the lake – it's moments like these that make DeliverThat truly special.
