July Employee of the Month: Sarah

We have a new 2-time Employee of the Month Winner after tallying the votes for July. Sarah came out on top again after her efforts in training the new hires bolstered her above the rest of the field. "Since day one, Sarah has been a huge help to our team. With the addition of new team members, she has stepped up and helped in training while dealing with the heavier volume of tickets and calls," Supervisor Holley Heard explains.


Brought on fresh after the new year, Sarah wins her second Employee of the Month award three months after notching her first victory. This marks the quickest turnaround back to the top of the field in the prestigious award's history.


During the month of July, the Driver Relations department brought on three brand new employees. While delivery volume continues to increase, the expectations for the workload in Driver Relations also increase. With higher ticket influx across the board, the team needed someone to step up, and Sarah fit the bill. Aligning herself as the go-between for questions big and small, Sarah allowed our new hires to find a friendly and knowledgeable place to turn when issues arose.


The DeliverThat team is excited to have found such a committed and impressive team member as the first hire of 2022. Having already made waves in the responsibilities of training this past month, Sarah may be in line for elevation within the department come 2023.
