DELETE YOUR DRIVER ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You may request permanent deletion of your DeliverThat driver account and the personal data tied to it.

 

We'll confirm your request within 10 business days and complete it within 45 days, except for records we're legally required to keep, as described below.

Account Deletion Is Permanent

Deleting your information erases your DeliverThat Driver account and the personal data tied to it. 

This cannot be undone and there is no reactivation.

What We Erase

  • Name​ and profile

  • Home address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Device & login data

  • Last known location

What We Keep

  • Earnings & payout history​

  • 1099 tax records

  • Completed delivery ledger

This information is retained for approximately seven years, so your tax and earnings history is available if you (or we) ever need it. After this period, information is anonymized. 

What Happens After I Request Deletion?

We'll confirm your request within 10 business days and verify it using the email or phone number on your account. Deletion is complete within 45 days, except for the records listed above. If you have an unsettled balance or an open Delivery, we'll help you close it out first.
