Every 15 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time that you are waiting for the food, we will pay an extra $5 for your order. Let us know when you find out about the delay, and inform our team when you leave the restaurant by reaching out to the hotline (315-630-3330) to receive your compensation adjustment.
Additionally, if you have a stack of deliveries and one restaurant’s delay will cause issues for upcoming deliveries, in a case-by-case situation, we can have you leave the delayed pick-up location and move on to your other deliveries. You will be compensated for both deliveries. After a conversation with our restaurant partners, one of our representatives will need to approve this, but once approved, you can move on to the next delivery.
