Though as of now, drivers are unable to see the contents of their orders in the app, at most pick-up locations, an Order Contents sheet should be provided. It is easy to take that piece of paper and not look at it until you hand it off to the customer, but this is not the best practice.
A quick run-through of the order contents with the restaurant before you leave can ensure you have all the food and serving utensils needed for the order. This quick check can save a customer’s experience, and relieve any potential future headaches on the delivery.
