Tim Weis is a Regional Catering Manager for Romano’s Macaroni Grill. He currently manages 8 locations in total, 3 in Ohio and 5 in Texas. Mentioning early on that his job duties have changed drastically in the last 12-18 months, Tim does make sure to point out that delivery drivers are “point-blank..my hands and feet, and eyes in front of the customer”. He also gives us a behind-the-scenes look into how he manages his deliveries and the customer expectations of the interaction.

A highlight of the partnership for Tim was in 2021 during the Women’s NCAA March Madness tournament. “They held it all in one hotel in San Antonio…when I got one team right, the next team right, and the next team right. As the bracket shrank, the teams quit ordering from anybody else but me. I actually fed 3 of the final four women’s NCAA basketball teams”, he exclaims. What an incredible moment for DeliverThat and Macaroni Grill that continues to pay dividends for his locations well into 2022.
