Driver Tip of the Week: Marking Available VS Underway

If you are asked by someone on our support team to "go available" in the application, what we are asking is for you to slide the toggle button on the bottom right of your app. Toggling available will allow us to have your location while you are on the delivery, so we know and can relay where you are at in the delivery process. Additionally, we ask that you go available 30 minutes before your delivery pickup time.

If we ask you to "slide the job underway," our Team has noticed you have not started the job in your app. Beginning the job before your pickup time gives our Support Team the ease of mind that you are aware of and on track for your delivery. Therefore, we ask you to mark the job underway 30 minutes before heading out to the restaurant.
