Bringing in the fall season, leaves begin to change color, football season gets underway, and DeliverThat has a new first-time Employee of the Month winner.
Gearing up for Q4, the business development team required some assistance. Falling behind in coverage along some markets, the team scouted out the crew on hand and decided to bring our newest winner into the fold. Displaying an energy of excitement and a “can do” attitude at all times, we’re happy to congratulate Phil on his first win as Employee of the Month.
Starting with DeliverThat in 2022, Phil brought years of Customer service experience, which quickly showed. Getting up to speed on the processes and procedures of the CSR and the dispatch team can agitate and frustrate the best of them, but Phil would not be deterred. After a short few months on the floor, the Supervisor of the business development department, Kody Staskey, took notice and was eager to bring Phil on board to help earn business going into Q4. Tasked with proactive driver and partner outreach and delivery coverage, there has been a tangible difference in the output of successfully delivered catering orders over the past month. Communication has been the foundation of the DeliverThat platform since its inception in 2016, and Phil continues to elevate what has been done previously.
