DRIVER DEDUCTIONS

  • Any and all deductions will follow our deduction review process, which includes direct communication with the driver.
     

  • Tardiness to the pick-up or drop-off location of 15 minutes or greater, will result in a deduction review of $5 for every 15-minutes.
     

  • Drivers are expected to release any unwanted deliveries at least 3 hours prior to pickup time. Failure to do so will result in a deduction review of $35 + 10% of the order cost.

  • Deliveries scheduled for pickup before 9 AM requires drivers to release the delivery assignment before 8 PM local time. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of $35 plus 10% of the order cost.
     

  • If restaurant equipment is borrowed/used for a delivery, equipment must be returned within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in a deduction review for the cost of the equipment.
     

  • When a delivery is dropped off to an incorrect address, a deduction is filed based on the contractual agreement between DeliverThat and the restaurant.
     

  • When a driver fails to complete an accepted delivery, the driver will be fined $100 following the deduction review with driver support.
