Tardiness to the pick-up or drop-off location of 15 minutes or more, will result in a $5 deduction for every 15-minute increment.
When a driver fails to provide more than a 3-hour “cancellation” notice, a deduction of $35 plus 10% of the order cost will be incurred.
Deliveries that take place before 9 AM require cancellation via the Driver Hotline before 8 PM Local Time. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of $35 plus 10% of the order cost.
When a driver fails to complete a delivery, the driver will be fined $100.
