Q: The customer is requesting no setup, what do I do?

A: If a customer does not want a setup please communicate with DeliverThat Dispatch and leave a note in Vromo. To complete the delivery, take a photo of the building or the customer to ensure proof of completed delivery.

Q: Where can I change and or update my direct deposit information?

A: You are able to change/update your direct deposit info by visiting the "Payment Info" page on the Driver Assistance Portal or click the button below.

Q: How do I refer a friend to start driving with DeliverThat?

A: If you would like to refer someone to drive with DeliverThat, contact your RSA or visit the link below.

Q: How does payment work?

A: DeliverThat's calendar week starts on Monday and goes until Sunday. Disbursements are sent out every Wednesday. For more info please visit our Payment Info page.

Q: What is the ezCater tip pool and how does it work?

A: The ezCater tip pool is a combined pool of all ezCater order's tips throughout the country. This pool is then divided out amongst every DeliverThat Driver who completed an ezCater delivery during the week.

Q: Will I be compensated for waiting at the restaurant if the food is not ready on time?

Yes! DeliverThat compensates drivers who must wait for food to be ready will be compensated $5 for every 15 minutes waited. Wait time starts when you arrive for Task 1 in VROMO, from there please mark “Restaurant Wait” in your app and call your DeliverThat Dispatcher with the amount of time you waited for.

Q: If there is a written tip on the receipt, how do I receive this money?

If a customer writes in a tip on a receipt for a Zoe's, Qdoba, or Tocaya delivery, file a gratuity submission through the form at the top of the page and return to the store so they are able to charge the customer. Return to the store and receive a complimentary meal along with your tip amount being compensated on your next disbursement.

Q: How do I receive my 1099 for tax purposes?

A: Every January, DeliverThat emails out 1099s to drivers who earned over $600 on the DeliverThat platform.
