How do I submit a delivery?

Why was my delivery canceled/rejected?

DeliverThat Drivers are independent contractors, who are free to pick and choose which deliveries they complete. Policies are in place to minimize cancellations and rejections by drivers.

I like a specific driver. Can I request specific drivers?

Yes! Contact your account representative directly to request a specific DeliverThat Drivers. We encourage our restaurant partners to build relationships with DeliverThat Drivers. However, as laid out in our agreement, restaurant partners are prohibited from soliciting DeliverThat Drivers.

What is DeliverThat’s lead time?

Anytime! However, catering deliveries are submitted well in advance, we expect our restaurant partners to submit their deliveries when they receive them. DeliverT hat Drivers schedule their days out the day prior, to confidently expect a driver, please submit with a minimum of a three hour notice. To verify driver availability, please contact the hotline.

How do I contact the driver to return for missing order contents?

Contact the restaurant hotline immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

I had an issue with a delivery. What do I do?

Contact your account representative or the restaurant hotline to resolve any and all delivery related issues. DeliverThat takes pride in our ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time.

How will I know when a DeliverThat driver is scheduled to arrive for the pickup?

Once the delivery is accepted by a driver, a confirmation email will be sent to the order submitter specifying the pickup time. Please have the delivery prepared for the driver at the specified pickup time.

How will I know when a DeliverThat driver arrives to pick up a delivery?

DeliverThat drivers can be identified by the DeliverThat blue bags and or polo shirt. DeliverThat Drivers are educated to dress professionally and supply their own equipment, this may or may not be DeliverThat branded material.
